Choose illustrated routines for sequencing and retelling, focused drills for a particular speech or language target, or games for a playful setting. Practice together in a comfortable place, with a grown-up guiding participation. Different activity types use different controls; the routine stories never listen to or score a child.
No. Procedural routines do not use a microphone at all. Retell through speech, AAC, signs, gestures, shared telling or listening. Other drills may offer optional listening; use their tap controls if you prefer to continue without a microphone.
You do. The listening result suggests a mark so a parent running a drill alone still gets a tally without touching anything, but every mark is shown and changeable in one tap, and the exported file records which marks were suggested and which were yours. Little Words does not do automated phoneme scoring.
Buddy says the word again and the picture he means glows softly. There is no buzzer, no red, no shake, and no "try again"; a second model is the teaching moment, and the trial log quietly records that a cue was given.
